CEMiPoS was invited to write for March 2022 volume of FOCUS, a newsletter by the Asia-Pacific Human Rights Information Center based in Osaka. We contributed a critique of the new National Ainu Museum Upopoy's infringement on Indigenous Ainu rights through its consolidation of unlawfully excavated Ainu remains and narrow depictions of Ainu-Japanese relations throughout history.
